What's the total investment?
Investment depends on site, size and fit-out — Empire shops range from around $100k for smaller formats up to $500k+ for flagship builds. We share full figures and projected returns once we understand your location.
Do I need barbering experience?
No. Many of our strongest partners are operators and investors, not barbers. You bring the drive and the capital; we bring the brand, the systems and first hire priority on School of Barbers graduates.
How long from enquiry to open doors?
Typically 3–6 months depending on site availability, fit-out timeline and staffing. We move as fast as your local council will let us.
Where can I open?
We're actively expanding across Australia — Melbourne suburbs, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide. Tell us your target city and we'll let you know what territories are still available.
What ongoing support do I get?
Marketing, operations, brand guidance, ongoing barber training and system refreshes — for as long as you're an Empire partner. Never running it alone.
What are the ongoing fees?
We share the full fee structure on enquiry, but it's built to be fair — Empire wins when its partners win.
