Notice period
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This lets us offer the slot to someone else — we're usually fully booked on Friday and Saturday.
How to cancel
- Through Bookzyr (easiest — log in and edit your booking).
- By phone on 0422 261 779.
- By replying to your appointment SMS or email confirmation.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancelling at the last minute or not showing up means a chair sits empty that someone else could have booked. Please give us as much notice as you can. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit at the time of booking for any future appointments.
Running late
If you're running late, please call as soon as you can. We can usually hold your slot for 5–10 minutes. After that, we may need to reschedule you to keep the rest of the day on time for other clients.
Refunds
We don't issue refunds on completed services. If you're not happy with the work, please tell us before you leave the chair — we will always fix it. If something genuinely went wrong after the fact, call us within 7 days and we'll book you back in to make it right.
Group bookings & weddings
Group bookings of three or more chairs at the same time may require a deposit. Speak to us directly to set these up.
